Star Trek Related Websites startrekphase2.de (Redirect) startreknewvoyages.de (Redirect) | Star Trek Fan Films | Peter is a massive Star Trek fan and therefore joined a fan- film project called Star Trek New Voyages. While he was not involved in the filming, and does not appear on screen, he created the website and did the final editing to the version released to the public, both as download and YouTube version. He coordinated captions in up to 13 languages and even today is solely responsible for distribution. The website is available in English, German, French and Spanish and he was even involved in a German dubbed episode that was shown in Germany. |
| Inactive Project Fed Con Reports | Peter is also a regular visitor to Europe's largest Star Trek Convention called Fed Con, that takes place yearly in Bonn, Germany. During the New Voyages period, he also presented the Fan Film project on stage to the visitors and arranged to dub a major episode into German, where he voiced the role of Scotty. He is still dreaming of dubbing their best episode "World Enough and Time", yet time constraints have prevented that from happening. He created the website TrekCon.de to showcase his pictures and experiences at the convention. Unfortunately, he is way behind on releasing his reports. | |
Active Rambling Forum | Friends of Peter in Cologne are active ramblers and needed a German language website to coordinate their walks in the surrounding area. They came up with the name Trek Cologne, that has no connection to Star Trek. Peter runs and maintains that website, even though he is not active in their activities, himself. | |
| Children's Book | Peter's wife Stefanie has a hobby of collecting Children's books and soft toys, especially bears. One of her dreams was to write her own Children's book which she called "Teddy One Eye". The story is aimed at children afraid of going to their first day at school and how an old Teddy that had lost one eye was able to provide comfort to that child. The book has been published in German and although an English edition exists, it has not been published, yet. See the website for more details. |
